77zx Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules and Usage

1Acceptance of Terms

By registering an account on the 77zx platform (accessible at 77zx.win), accessing any part of the website or mobile app, making a deposit, placing a bet, or playing any casino game, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the 77zx platform regardless of how you access it — desktop browser, mobile browser, or the 77zx Android app. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not register an account or use any part of the platform.

2Eligibility and Registration

To register and use a 77zx account you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 77zx does not permit minors to register accounts or access the platform under any circumstances.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, and valid CNIC details for identity verification purposes.
• You must be accessing the platform on your own behalf — registering or playing on behalf of another person is not permitted.
• You may only hold one active account on the 77zx platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, a different name, or using another person's details — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account suspension with forfeiture of any balances.
• You confirm that the funds used for deposits on your 77zx account are legitimately yours and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity.

77zx reserves the right to verify your identity at any point and may request supporting documentation including a copy of your CNIC, proof of address, or proof of payment method. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

3Account Rules

Your 77zx account is personal to you. You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your account, whether or not you authorised it. The key account rules are as follows:

• One account per person: Only one account is permitted per individual, household, IP address, device, or payment method. Accounts found to be duplicates will be closed and balances forfeited.
• Accurate information: All personal details on your account must be accurate. If your details change, you are responsible for updating them promptly through your account settings or by contacting support.
• Account non-transferability: Your account is for your personal use only. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to access or use your account.
• KYC verification: Withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Upload your CNIC and any other requested documents through the account section. Delays in providing verification documents will delay withdrawal processing.
• Currency: All balances, deposits, bets, and withdrawals on your 77zx account are denominated in PKR. There is a single unified balance across casino, slots, live casino, and sports betting.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 77zx are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer, cards, and other supported mobile wallets. Available methods and applicable limits are displayed in your account's deposit and withdrawal sections.

Deposits: Deposits are credited to your 77zx balance upon confirmation from your payment provider. JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits typically confirm within minutes. 77zx does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own charges — check with your provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are shown at the time of deposit.

Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your KYC verification must be complete before any withdrawal can be processed. Upload your CNIC documents in advance.
• Withdrawals can only be sent to payment methods that have been verified as belonging to you. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply per method. Maximum single-transaction and daily withdrawal limits also apply.
• If your balance includes active bonus funds with pending wagering requirements, only the real-money portion of your balance is available for withdrawal until wagering is complete.
• 77zx reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds.

5Bonus and Promotions Terms

77zx offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback deals, and other promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published on the Promotions page at the time the offer is active. The following general bonus rules apply across all promotions unless stated otherwise:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them can be withdrawn. The required multiplier is stated on each promotion's detail page.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino, table games, and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Check each offer's terms for the specific contribution breakdown.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry window — typically 7 to 30 days from the date of activation. Any bonus balance remaining after expiry is forfeited.
• One bonus at a time: Only one active bonus can be held at a time. Opting into a new promotion before completing wagering on a previous bonus will forfeit the earlier bonus.
• Maximum bet while wagering: When wagering a bonus, a maximum bet limit applies per spin or round. Placing bets above this limit while bonus wagering is active may result in bonus cancellation and forfeiture of related winnings.
• Abuse and exploitation: Using bonuses in a manner deemed to be exploiting the system — including low-risk hedging strategies, coordinated play, or pattern betting — will result in bonus cancellation and may result in account suspension.

77zx reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into an active promotion will have a reasonable period to complete its terms before any changes take effect.

6Casino Game Rules

The casino section of 77zx includes slot games, live casino tables, crash games, fishing games, and other arcade-style titles. The following rules apply across all casino gameplay:

• Game outcomes: All casino game outcomes are determined by the game engine provided by third-party studios — including Random Number Generator (RNG) systems for slots and crash games, and physical dealing and spinning for live casino. 77zx does not interfere with or influence individual game results.
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, network failure, or other error that affects a game round in progress, 77zx reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to your balance. Winnings generated during a malfunction may be voided. "Malfunction voids all pays and plays" is a standard condition across all casino titles.
• Live casino: Live casino games are streamed in real time from professional studios. The rules of each live table game — baccarat, roulette, blackjack, dragon tiger — are displayed within the game interface before play begins. Players are responsible for understanding the rules of any live game they participate in.

7Sports Betting Rules

• Bet acceptance: Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. 77zx reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet at its discretion, including bets placed in patterns that suggest abuse or arbitrage.
• Settlement: Bets are settled according to official results from the relevant governing body — for cricket, the ICC and PCB results are used; for football, the relevant federation's official result. Settlement typically occurs within a few hours of match completion, though complex markets may take longer.
• In-play betting: In-play bets are accepted up to the point displayed in the live betting interface. Any bet accepted after an event has concluded due to latency or data delay will be voided and the stake returned.
• Postponed and abandoned events: If a cricket match or other event is postponed and does not resume within 24 hours of the original start time, pre-match bets will generally be voided and stakes returned. Specific rules for interrupted cricket matches — including rain interruptions in T20s — are based on the official result declared by the match referee.
• Void bets: Bets voided by 77zx will have the stake returned to your account balance. Voided bets do not count towards bonus wagering requirements.
• Odds changes: Odds fluctuate up to the point your bet is confirmed. The odds applicable to your bet are those confirmed at the time of acceptance, shown in your bet slip and betting history.
• Minimum and maximum stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits per bet are displayed in the sports betting interface. These limits may vary by market, event, and your account history.

8Player Conduct

All players are expected to use the 77zx platform fairly and honestly. The following conduct is prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or display glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings generated through exploitation of a known or unknown bug are not valid and will be reversed.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes, sports results, or bonus terms — including match fixing, chip dumping in live casino, or collusion in any form.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any purpose connected to financial crime.

77zx monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where an investigation is underway, the relevant account may be temporarily restricted pending the outcome. 77zx's decision in conduct-related matters is final.

9Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your 77zx account credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication method you set up. 77zx recommends the following security practices:

• Use a strong, unique password for your 77zx account that you do not use for any other service.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) from your account security settings if available.
• Never share your login credentials with anyone, including family members. 77zx support staff will never ask for your password.
• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact 77zx support immediately and change your password.

77zx is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where the breach occurred due to your failure to maintain reasonable security of your credentials. Any account activity that occurs before you report a security issue is considered your responsibility.

10Account Suspension and Closure

77zx reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its discretion. Grounds for suspension or closure include — but are not limited to — breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, duplicate account activity, or conduct deemed harmful to the platform or other players.

If your account is closed for a breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited depending on the nature of the breach. If your account is closed for reasons outside your control — such as a platform decision to exit a particular market — any verified real-money balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method after KYC verification is confirmed.

You may also voluntarily close your account at any time by contacting 77zx support. If you have an active self-exclusion, your account cannot be reopened until the exclusion period has expired and you have formally requested reactivation through the support channel.

11Responsible Gaming

77zx is committed to providing a safe entertainment environment for adult players. The platform includes built-in responsible gaming tools available to all account holders:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps from your account settings. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a cooling-off period before activation.

To the fullest extent permitted, 77zx is not liable for:

• Losses arising from your failure to maintain account security.
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind related to platform use.
• Errors in sports odds or casino game displays caused by third-party data providers, where corrective action has been taken promptly upon discovery.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other matter where limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

13Changes to These Terms

77zx may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we may also notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the 77zx platform after any update to these Terms and Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not agree with an update, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure through the support channel.
